About Dignity Education Vision International (DEVI Sansthan)

Dignity Education Vision International (DEVI Sansthan) is a non-profit organisation working to improve foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) among children through research-backed education solutions. Established in 1992, the organisation partners with governments, schools, NGOs, and CSR organisations to strengthen early-grade learning at scale. Its flagship Accelerating Learning for All (ALfA) pedagogy uses child-centric, peer-learning methods to help children achieve grade-level reading and numeracy skills in a significantly shorter time. DEVI also trains teachers, supports education system reforms, and develops innovative learning resources to improve classroom outcomes. The organisation has implemented its programmes in over 10,000 government schools, trained 40,000+ teachers, and directly impacted more than 8 lakh students across multiple Indian states. Through scalable, evidence-based interventions, DEVI Sansthan aims to make quality foundational education accessible to every child while supporting India’s National Education Policy and Sustainable Development Goal 4.
