About Flipkart
Flipkart Private Limited, founded in 2007 by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal, is an Indian e-commerce company headquartered in Bengaluru. It offers products across categories such as groceries, electronics, fashion, home, and lifestyle. Over the years, Flipkart has expanded through acquisitions including Myntra, Jabong, and eBay India. In 2018, Walmart acquired a majority stake in the company. Flipkart serves a wide customer base across India and operates branch offices in Delhi and Mumbai. The company is in the process of shifting its headquarters from Singapore back to India ahead of its planned public listing.
